Great Quality Great Message
I love having mental health reminders on display in my home, both for myself, and for my kids. The quality of this wall hanging is great, made of woven fiber with finished wood at the top & bottom. The print quality is is high quality plenty of paint and all words are crisp. I do wish this came in a larger size because as is, not something one can just glance at and work itself into your brain on a subconscious level. One needs to get close and concentrate – thats not negative, but my kids may benefit more from it if they had a larger reminder.

Inspirational wall hanging for your Mental Health!
I will start by admitting I struggle at times with anxiety,-badly. I’m doing therapy for it, and it has helped so much but I sometimes forget this inspirational words from my therapist when I’m in a panic-or spiral as I call them. If you have them, you know. If you don’t consider yourself lucky. At any rate, this makes a perfect in-between, daily therapy reminder. It’s such a simple message: Focus your energy on what you can control. The print quality is great, and for my own benefit, I hung it on my large bathroom mirror, so I can review it each morning. I snapped a picture of it and sent it to my therapist and she was thrilled,-wanted one for herself, so I ordered another one! Pick this for your mental health, its beautiful message is very effective for anxiety.
