These overhead lights are a great modern-looking replacement for older fixtures that don’t match the interior style of the remodel I am undertaking.I ordered 3 of these to replace lighting in my entryway, and stairwell landings to the second floor and the basement. Each light took roughly 40 minutes to install for me as a DIY effort given I’d never replaced an overhead fixture previous to this effort.I found the process and instructions to be intuitive for me as a complete novice.The lights are plenty bright, though I currently do not have dimmer switches in place (an upcoming project) so the photos I’m providing are at full brightness in the space.The matte finish on the exterior looks and feels great. The metal part of the fixture is a bit of a clash with the plastic base and the plastic light shield, but it’s not really a problem after installation.I appreciate the built-in LEDs, and that I won’t need to touch these fixtures again since there are no bulbs to replace.I docked one star for the plastic base and light shield. But, again, it’s not really an issue after installation. It’s just something I wish I knew before purchasing, it would have avoided some surprise/disappointment. But I would absolutely buy these again, regardless.

Exquisite Fixture
Exquisite black and gold mid century ceiling light fixture. The product is well made, its super easy to install and provides ambient light to your room, its dimmable and can be perfectly set to the illumination that you need, there are 5 color temperatures . The dimmer is not included. There is a remote control that works well and is easy to operate. No bulbs are needed and the led lights uses little energy.Highly recommended

Wouldn’t recommend for small kitchen
I didn’t keep this light fixture for the simple fact that I have a small kitchen and the curved design blocked light from spreading around the light. The light was more focused downwards than around. So there was a slight shadow around the perimeter of the ceiling. It didn’t work for me. But it was a very nice black and gold color. Crisp and clean. Very easy to install! Dimmable too.

Nice looking light, adds a lot more style to our front entrance. Very Bright which we like as old lights were to dark. Have them hooked to a Kasa smart switch everything working well together.
