The mickeys are stuck to the board with velcro. The velcro has been sturdy, and I have not lost one, yet.My only complaint is that the Mickey’s have the images printed on them. I was hoping (or had thought) they’d be painted on. I may need to paint them over, at some point, and seal with some type of clear coat.Other than that, the velcro is sturdy. And a cute addition to your home.

Best ever!
This is my absolute best purchase ever! It’s so cute, and it has held up through rain, cold and 105 degree weather. When it got windy the twine did disconnect from the Mickey head, but it was super easy to fix and re-secure.
