Bury for quick sale
It works! I don’t want to bury St. Joseph so I put him in the house. That didn’t work for 30 days so I buried him as instructed. 3 days later we were under contract. Once closing gets closer I will bring him out. The neighborhood has 6 properties for sale. All less expensive than mine.

Must Have! Believe and receive!!!
A Must-Have! I bought this St. Joseph statue with faith that it would help and it truly did. I buried him the night my home was listed, and by the second day, I received an offer. While other homes in my neighborhood sat on the market for over 30 days with no interest, and sellers were reducing prices due to high interest rates, mine sold quickly without a price drop. In fact, it sold for more than two similar homes that had recently sold after sitting longer. Even during a community garage sale that same weekend, I had an incredible turnout tons of interest and great sales. I genuinely believe St. Joseph played a part in it all! Thank you, thank you, thank you! St. Joesph. Be blessed everyone.

A necessity if selling propery.
This is the second time I’ve used these. Both times, the properties sold very quickly. I wouldn’t sell a house or property without good old upside down St. Joe. I don’t know how or why it works, but it works.

As expected!
I have tested this on 2 homes so far. Sounds silly, but it works if you believe. The first home was on the market for 6 months. Planted this and it sold in 2 weeks. second home got the home listed and had an offer on it within 1 week!

Thank you, St. Joseph!
I’ve purchased this item twice for family members who’d been having great difficulties with selling their homes, one in NC and the other in Hawaii. Within three weeks of burying the statue, both properties sold! Thank you, St. Joseph! I love you!

Wasn’t sure about it, but thought what do I have to lose. House sold less than 2 weeks later in a dead market. I’m a believer, give’r a try.

I’m a non believer but our house was listed for over 2 weeks with no action. My wife bought it and followed the instructions. Our house sold with no conditions 2 days later. That’s all I can say
