Very soft fabric, excellent communication and delivery
Great seller communication, smooth shipping and very well packaged. Arrived in excellent condition and about two weeks faster than originally promised. Very soft material, inviting and makes you want to lounge. Springs up quickly after unpacking and has a firm but cozy feel. The only negative is I think the back needs to be higher to support the back cushions. It’s great for lounging and fine for watching a movie but if you want to linger or sit upright for back support, the back of the sofa doesn’t support the back cushions (which are a bit thinner than anticipated) so it may not be excellent for someone as an every day sofa if back support is needed. This is used for my son in his rec room area and he overall loves it. I’m in my late 40s so although I think it looks nice and feels cozy, it doesn’t offer quality back support for sitting upright…but again it is great for lounging or slouch-sitting/laying on. Overall for the price point and firm feel/soft finish, we are pleased with the purchase.

Love love love!!! So comfortable! No where to lose the TV remote! Easy to vacuum off. Easy to clean around. Kids like to make it into a nest shape or tents! So Easy to set up! Hardest part it leaving it alone to fully expand the anticipation kills you!!!! 😆 seriously the best choice for the first Couch I have ever bought! Everyone needs a boneless couch!!!!

Easily assembled and so far easy to clean
Main couch cushions are firm and back is a little low. Cushions that come with are soft, comfy, and nice for putting behind the back or head to sit back and relax. Fabric is soft and feels good. Very nice for the price

Was skeptical ordering my couch online but I have no complaints. Perfect for a limited space and/or apartment. Soft and comfortable. The cushion is firm. Easy assembly. Careful when removing plastic. Sit kind of low but I’m just going to buy some legs for it. Overall, good buy.
