Review of ottoman
This review is for the ottoman, not chair. It will only let me review the chair for some reason.Similar to the chair, the ottoman arrives vacuum-packed, and once opened it quickly reaches its full form and size. In fact, within seconds it was full size. I could barely finish cutting the plastic in time.The ottoman has a felt-like, corduroy fabric on the outside, and an impressively supportive cushion that’s comfortable to sit on, and can also be moved around easily since it’s relatively lightweight.I’ve found it to be useful for use in front of my chaise lounge chair, and can be used as a coffee table too, because it’s flat.Again this is the ottoman I received and am reviewing. While I’m impressed with it, the listed price is $199, which is a high price point. Because of that I took off one star.

Totally worth the wait!
I rarely write reviews, but this one is totally worth rating a 5-star review! I am so happy with my new sofa. It’s easy to assemble, the mattress is firm, and exactly the color, style and texture that I want for a sofa. Plus, it even arrived early than the scheduled delivery date.

Poor quality
The sofa was not of good quality. The pillows were flat and remained that way after removing them from the plastic. The firmness was not as good. After assembly, the bookends turned outwards slightly and sunk in the middle after we sat on it a few hours. Very disappointed and not satisfied at all.

Not a bad chair
Overall the chair is as described, except that the back cushion is very flat. Easy to assemble and delivery was quick.

Functional and comfortable
I received a gray ottoman and it has quickly become a favorite in our living room. I like that I can easily move it around and it has been a seat for some and exclusively used as a leg rest for others so very versatile. It came compressed and I was worried it wouldn’t fluff up but it has and it has kept its shape very well. There was no odd smell when we opened the package so no need to air it out or anything. It is very comfortable and adds enough support for legs and my kids with no visible or noticeable reduction in firmness. I love the color, it goes great with everything. The price is reasonable, although I think it could cost less for what it is. I took off one star because this listing is not accurate, I am reviewing an ottoman not a chair. I am very happy with my purchase.
