Great customer service
I’ll start with that , because I was impressed with the prompt response of this company and the willingness to provide solutions to the customer.That being said , the furniture is as advertised. Fabric is good quality. The stitching makes it look nice. Assembly is super easy . Just insert the backs with a click.The seat is 21 inch deep , so don’t expect a lounge couch. Great for Tv watching, reading…its not mushy or plush , more firm and bouncy. comfortable.Best feature is cero clearance to the wall . Even tough is not advertised as a wall hugger , it actually reclines by sliding forward.We sprayed it with fabric protectant.

Good quality and comfy too
I had reservations about buying couches on Amazon, but why not? Delivery was pretty smooth and the set was sturdy, but not exceedingly heavy. Two people can lift and move them with some effort. The boxes were a little worse for wear, but there was no damage done to the set and it arrived early. The delivery man was very friendly too.Set up was easy. You really don’t need directions, but they were there just in case. I sprayed them down with some fabric protector since the set is a lighter color, so the loveseat looks a little darker in the photo as it is still a little damp. The couch was dry by the time I took the picture and you can see the color looks great.The set is firm, but comfortable. I like that I do not sink down into the furniture and then have to try to climb out of it when I want to get up. The recliners go up and down fairly easily and are pretty nap friendly. As for pets, we have a dog and a cat. The pet hair can be easily vacuumed off and it appears that the set is also catnap friendly.

Good set overall, wish it had a few changes.
This was very easy to assemble, and is really beautiful. The couches are firm, comfortable and the reclining options are great. The recliners are shorter than our old ones which is not comfortable for my husband who is about 6 feet. I like the recliner but don’t love it and there are a few reasons: 1) the seat itself is short so there’s not a ton of room to snuggle in 2) the leg length is short so for anyone over 5ft, your feet do hang over 3) it doesn’t lock in place when reclining. It’s hard to get in that perfect position which is unfortunate.When you do lean all the way back, you can nap which is nice. For the price, I think it’s a good deal – it fits our family well and is beautiful.

Beautiful and Comfortable
I’m really not sure where the bad reviews are coming from.. But these couches are awesome! I was really worried when I bought them, because we had them delivered to our house in Nebraska, so I couldn’t unbox them to check for damage when they arrived. They had a few tears in the cardboard boxes they came in, but nothing too major. Then they sat two weeks in our trailer, so we could take them to the new vacation house in Arizona. we stacked them on each other, and away we went. (I don’t recommend doing this, but we had to in order to fit everything into the trailer)When we finally got to Arizona, got our flooring in, moved them into the house, and unboxed them, we were so excited to see that they were in perfect condition and they were beautiful!We got the couch and loveseat combo. We are so very happy with the choice we made! The recliners work beautifully, and the cup holders are so convenient. I scotch guarded them right away, and they look great with our grey and white wood flooring. They are firm couches, and I love that the recliners foot extension is sturdy. They also recline back enough you can catch a nap if needed.As far as durability is concerned, we just have had them 2 weeks, and I have animals, so I will review further if they start falling apart. So if you don’t see anything else written later on this review, know they are sturdy and hold up well to animals. 😊(The coffee table in the pic is also from Amazon!)

Defective after 10 months, SELLER UNRESPONSIVE
Comfortable and easy to put together, but the stuffing comes out every time I use the reclining function, and I end up vacuuming a large amount of couch stuffing every few weeks from under the couch (not a big deal, but definitely points to this couch being of very poor quality). Finally last week one of the springs fell out of the couch after only 10 months of use (I weigh about 160 pounds). I know this is a relatively inexpensive couch, but I certainly hoped for better quality, and more importantly a SAFE couch. I assume it is under warranty since I only purchased it last December. Both myself and Amazon have tried to contact the seller for a resolution, but have gotten no response. I also went to their website directly and they do not have ANY contact information listed, only a chat function, which I have tried multiple times to use to contact them, again with no response. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BETSY FURNITURE.

Good couches. Arrived damaged
We love these couches. We were disappointed to find the loveseat damaged after removing it from the box. The wooden piece inside the fabric is busted. We are also disappointed that we tried contacting the company through Amazon customer service as well as through our own emails several times and we never heard anything back from anyone. We could only return through March 8th and it’s past that now so I can’t help but wonder if that’s why. Very disappointed and frustrated to spend our money on couches with one damaged.

Very well made, solid, substantial, pretty. Very good, professional and prompt service. Fast shipping and pick up. Even though sofa didn’t work for us, we still give the entire transaction 5 stars.Sofa returned, but really wish it had worked for us.
