Very cute, works great, makes a great gift but overpriced.
Disclosure: I received this solar outdoor statue for free as part of the Amazon Vine program.Mr. Turtles first name is Alfie (after the Turtle in the Roald Dahl book). He took up residence in my garden a while ago and he makes everyone smile. His body is made from a heavy, thick resin that can withstand rain and a gust of wind. He is painted in shades of green with an orange/brownish chest piece and a big smile on his face.Alfie came packaged in a cardboard box with thick pieces of styrofoam to protect him from breakage. His red umbrella needed assembly. Just screw one end of the pole into the umbrella and stick the other end in Alfie’s fist. Untangle the lights a bit and Alfie is ready to find a spot in the garden.Alfie came ready to use. I turned on the button and Alfie lit right up. He will charge during the day and light up a small spot in the garden at night. The strings of light on the umbrella don’t exactly look like rain drops, they look like light drops, but it’s still super cute.Cute as it is, I think Alfie is overpriced. He is of good quality, will last a long time and makes a great gift, but the price is seriously steep.

This little solar turtle garden statue is absolutely adorable! The design of the turtle holding an umbrella with string lights makes it such a fun and cheerful addition to my yard. Doesn’t light up
I have several types of solar outdoor statues like this one , so I am familiar with how they work. This one does not light up, but is very cute decor anyhow. I have the switch to the ON position and the solar panel is facing up to receive the sunlight, but nothing for several days now. The turtle is so adorable and a nice heavy weight for a statue. The size is perfect too. The umbrella has the light connections in it for the raindrops to light up. Something must be disconnected. I like it anyhow as during the day, it is very decorative and different. Looks great among plants! It needs to light up though to be a great product.

Perfect size , brilliant color, cute details
We love this turtle. The reason I couldn’t give it 5 stars is it is not steady on its base. My husband and I will have to figure out how to attach a board or something to the bottom to give it a little bit of weight. For now I have it in a planter. The size is absolutely perfect and the little lights coming off the umbrella look like rain. Super happy with this item I just wish it had a steadier base.

This turtle garden statue is bigger and prettier than the pictures shown in the advertisement. It comes well packaged in a nice box. The umbrella is easy to attach, with one small pole to screw in. The turtle itself has a lot of nice details and a decent paint job. The best part is the umbrella. It’s plastic but has fairy lights dangling from it and a solar panel in the top middle. This garden statue is happy looking and gives my garden a more cheery look, day and night. Worth all the pennies.

I love this guy. Nice bright colors. Easy to set-up. The lights are solar powered and bright. Just an adorable statue to place anywhere outside. I have mine in my garden. Built well should last awhile. Lightweight. I great gift or keep it for yourself.

This might be my favorite. I like the vibrant colors. Works well and easy to set up.
