Dirty Curtains
While the style and quality of these curtains are great, I keep getting used, dirty curtains. I returned the first order, which contained a set of filthy (looked like footprints and dirt all over them) curtains, and one the package was mangled and had been taped back together and curtains were sloppily placed back on the hanger. It was obvious that they were used. Replacements received today also appear to be used and dingy. Not quite as dirty as the first set, but still not the new curtains that I paid for. It is so unfortunate that Amazon is sending out used products to loyal customers. I love the stye and color, but I refuse to pay for used, dirty curtains. I guess I’ll be spending another 2 hours on chat and phone trying to work this out. So frustrating!
