St Joseph is Miraculous, this really work! Two offers at the end of the Novena!
My house is very challenging to sell because it has several issues that makes it difficult to sell (all external to the house by the way). That is why we turned to St Joseph to be our “realtor” and help us find the buyer for our house. We are born Catholics so we have huge faith in St. Joseph that he will deliver the buyer to us. At first, we have close to 50 showings but no buyers yet so I bought St Joseph in Amazon and we buried St Joseph upside down with his feet facing the direction of the new home we are buying. While St Joseph is being shipped, we got an offer but it was very low our target price, so we thought, this couldn’t be the buyer that St Joseph found for us. So we waited. We finished a 9-day novena but still no good offers. Still we trusted a lot in Jesus and St Joseph that they will help us so we held on never gave up. We did our second round of novena. During the second round, we got another offer but a very disheartening offer. So we prayed harder. At the same time, we made the house pretty and clean. At around 8th day of the novena, we got the offer that we wanted, much better than the 2 lowball offers so we knew then that Jesus and St. Joseph found the buyer for us, He brought them to our house. In exchange, I plan to donate a hefty amount to sick children in my country. I know in my heart that this offer will close. Thank you Jesus and St. Joseph.PS. to those who think that this does not work, maybe Jesus has better plans that will be for the better. I also put St Joseph in my house up north but he did not bring me any buyer. It turns out, it will be a great rental property which brings a steady income stream of $1500 a month, so really, thank you so much Jesus and St Joseph.We will trust you with all my heart that you only want the best for us and will not lean on our own understanding.Update:Sold another house, again thru the intercession of St Joseph. Offer letter received on the 9th day of St Joseph Novena. How amazing is that? How can something beyond your control seems predictable? That is if God is with you and you have St Joseph praying for you. House closed escrow today.Wouldn’t it be nice if you received thousands of dollars for the home sale to give back some of it to charity? St. Joseph is a Catholic saint. FSBO House Sold in Four Months
The figure stands about 4-3/4 inches tall. It is solid cast (not hollow) in plastic resin with an almost ceramic-like finish. The details are nicely molded and surprisingly well painted for such an inexpensive figure. The package includes a small instruction sheet that offers suggestions for a prayer to request St. Joseph’s intervention during real estate transactions.Did St. Joseph, through this figure, actually help us sell our house? Well, it took four months for an offer to come in, but we knew our house, offered FSBO (For Sale By Owner), would appeal to only a narrow range of buyers. The closing process dragged on for six weeks after we accepted an offer, but ultimately closed successfully despite some potentially serious issues.Additionally, we were able to find a new house that fits our needs, and conclude that transaction immediately upon the closing of our sale.How much of this success can we attribute to St. Joseph? Well, the recommended prayer included with this figure asks for help in finding the correct buyer, someone who is the right person for the house, and also for help in remaining patient and having faith that challenges and difficulties will be overcome. And believe me, there WILL be challenges and difficulties!For what it’s worth, I am not a Catholic; rather, I consider myself “open-minded.” For the cost of this little statue, I figured it couldn’t hurt. If nothing else, there was probably value for me in this figure as a reminder to remain calm during the sometimes frustrating and discouraging escrow and closing process.We did not bury St. Joseph in the yard; rather, we created a little space for the figure on a shelf in the living room, surrounded by some little stones from the area to which we hoped to move.

I purchased this statue of St. Joseph to bury in our front yard…as we are selling our home. (Our home has been on the market for awhile…so I’ll try anything)!! In actuality, it pained me to bury this statue because it is so beautifully crafted and painted. I’m not quite sure why some reviewers say that the statue came unpainted and white, although i see that is an option for some of the statues if that is what you wanted to order. mine came exactly as i ordered…painted in detail and looking very realistic. i just hope st. joe isn’t too upset with the fact he is now residing up-side-down in the dirt! (and to tell you the truth…i don’t know what his incentive would be to sell my house given his rather confining predicament), but when (notice i said WHEN) the house sells…i will dig him up and place him in a place of honor in our home, as per the directions on the box. Since the statue is so well made…it will be nice to display him proudly. (and i’m not even Catholic!)
