The instructions are not that clear
It’s smaller than I thought. And the instructions are not clear. And I received the wrong armrest for the 3 seat sofa.

Not the right color
First off all the color suppose to be black and its gray. Then the sitting pillows are different colors 2 are lighter then other the one. So I have 1 black pillow and 2 pillowson my couch. They are not fluffy. If it would have been the right color it wouldn’t be so bad know I have to put a cover on it.

Came in 2 separate deliveries, but the time was quick which I loved, the directions was easy to understand, I have a small apartment so it was perfect, sturdy and durable

Great customer service
The seller sent a text reminding that boxes might arrive on different days, but they came together.No-tools assembly was great; didn’t have to spend an hour tightening bolts with a tiny hex wrench. The vacuum packed cushions puffed up fine in a day or so.

Quick delivery
Comes in two large boxes that were delivered on separate days. One parckage is sectional sofa, and another carton is loveseat couch. Fortunately the directions are clear,so putting them together were easy, easy to follow directions!
