OK, so this product works and there can definitely be a good use-case for it when working with herbs or needing a freshly cut garnish, however, washing it can be a little annoying and you definitely don’t want to put it back in it plastic cover before it’s completely dry. I just don’t cook enough for it to have made its way into my lexicon of standard tools.

Great way to chop fresh herbs.
Love these scissors – they work better than trying to chop cilantro or basil with a knife. Just be careful when drying them by hand, as they are very sharp. We’ve bought them as gifts and all of the recipients agree.

These shears are the bomb. They make cutting scallions so much more easier and I can cut more than one at once. I just love them and they replaced my original order which I never received. They moved like lightening on the replacement issue too. I love customer service like that. Quick simple and to the point. These things work great! They cut precise, even pieces of chives, parsley, other herbs quickly, with little effort. Easy to clean under running water, with a tiny “comb” to remove small bits and a cover that slides on easily to protect the scissors and the person operating them.

Very bad product! Not sharp! I wasn’t able to cut very soft herbs eg soft leaves of sweet basil or coriander.

Boa tesoura, tanto para quem não é muito habilidoso com cortes finos na cozinha, como para quem tem problemas nas mãos (tremor, etc.). Poderia ser mais afiada. Cortei cebolinha, tempero verde (menos o talo, pois prefiro pedaços grandes) e couve. A couve experimentei dobrada em 4, mas requer força, pois o fio de corte não é muito afiado, dobrada em 2 fica mais fácil e termina sendo mais rápido. Tem que usar a escova todo o tempo para retirar as folhas cortadas que ficam entre as lâminas. Vem com capa para guardar. Supérfluo para quem curte utilitários de cozinha.
