Wow! such a beautiful set of tools, and I got them at a great price. Imagine going from some no name branch of sockets to these, like I did. It’s a game changer. The quantity of ratchet teeth make it feels so much smoother than the old set I had with maybe half the quantity of teeth. That old set also had a ratchet direction switch that is plastic, and had recently broken, causing it to seem to be even less responsive when ratcheting any bolts or screws…so I am now feeling like any future socket tooling needs are going to be “fun” versus a chore. I know that sounds exaggerated, but I am actually looking forward to using them whenever possible. In fact, a recent garage ceiling rack that I put in using that old set, which made me feel the need even more to get this new solid set, I went out and tightened all the nuts/bolts with this new set just to try it out. LOL. It was like doing a “Home Depot dad” board game. It was a DIY guy’s version of a little bit of fun. Silly, but true.One other thing, with my old set, it had a basic tool box that barely and very loosely held the sockets and the wrench in it, so they always fell out. With this Dewalt set, it it a lot more secure to hold each piece, BUT I can tell that pulling a piece or two out does loosen some of the other pieces very randomly, but not so hard to notice that and push them back in place before closing the tool box. It’s not perfect, but it’s a LOT better than my old, basic set.
