Nice looking, easy to care for, perfect for our yard!
Getting a bit too old to do the gardening now, and decided to try out some of the DIY items available for the yard. Living in the desert, the metal Tequila Agave plants were the way to go! Having some intense heat lately, losing a few live plants, so this was my solution. They are pretty easy to put together (this brand especially – all is marked). They are priced reasonably, compared to the pricier welded ones. I now have 2 large ones and 1 small one, all “planted” in decorative pots around the desert rock yard. These metal plants are available in different colors and sizes, usually about 23″, 16″, 12″. Best part: no worries – no watering, no fertilizer, no fuss – no muss!

Cute outdoor agave sculpture
This agave rose red sculpure is very attractive in my outdoor garden. It’s a nice size and very sturdy. However, it was very difficult to assemble by myself. So, I did a halfway job of it, and it still looks ok. The solar light is not very bright at all, no matter where you place it. I have it on the pink color mode to match it, and it’s a very soft and warm accent light. Very pretty and fun overall.

Large Tequila Rustic Sculpture
Because of the meticulous attention to detail and skilled workmanship that went into the creation of this stunning sculpture, I was quite pleased. The metal agave plants are hand-painted, which gives each leaf a distinct look that is reminiscent of real life. Although the colors are bold, they are not overpowering, and they mix in well with the natural environment that surrounds my garden. In particular, I like the worn and rustic finish of the metal, which lends the item an air of genuineness and an air of having passed through the years. Holes are TOO SMALL!!
Sadly, I’m returning this item….You have to assemble this sculpture which is no big deal — EXCEPT — each “petal” has TWO holes on their “L-shaped” bases that slide over threaded pegs and the holes are TOO SMALL. They should all be at least 1/32″ bigger. (the pegs are threaded because after assembly you’ll screw wingnuts on the pegs to hold the petals in place but in the meantime, you are trying to force too tight holes over threaded pegs… not easy and you better not do it at the slightest angle as it will wedge tight halfway on).With great effort I was able to force most of them on until I got to the large petals which go on last… they would NOT go on. No way. No how.The six smaller petals have 2 holes each, and the large petals have 3 each… so a total of 21 holes ALL OF WHICH ARE TOO SMALL. If you’re a handy person and can drill them all a wee bigger then buy this. Otherwise it’s a big fat NO!And also, I was able to force all the smaller petals on (after I banged one peg straighter with a hammer because it was tipped out of alignment) but the large 3-hole petals were all impossible. It was hard enough getting the others over TWO holes, but now you have to force them over THREE?Furthermore, as I was forcing them on I felt my hand would slip and I would be shoving my fingers into the pegs so it started to feel like I’d injure myself.It’s a disappointment because I really wanted this product, though I will also say the “red” color is WAY more subtle and muted then their picture shows — still nice, but not the vibrant look of the picture if that’s what you really want.

Somewhat disappointed
The sculptures themselves are made well and look good. It takes a little patience putting them together. My issue is with the lighting. They are no way near as bright as pictures show and the remotes I got would do my lighting selection however quickly change to something different. Also after having them about 6 months one barely lights and the other not at all. I honestly would have sent them back but it would be too complicated trying to package them. I HIGHLY recommend testing the lights Before you put it together. Will save a lot of headache

Ich liebäugelte schon lange mit dieser Metallagave, der Preis hielt mich damals von ab. Jetzt habe ich sie mit Solarlicht gesehen, preislich war sie wie früher gesehen, aber jetzt mit Licht. Wollte mir noch eine bestellen, innerhalb 2Wochen ist sie im Preis gestiegen, von 82.79 Euro auf 95.10 Euro. Das ist mir dann doch zuviel, schade.

First of, I like the steel quality, shape, and setting. It all worked well, for about 8 days, than,I realized, that the LED light,is not IP65, so rain water, accumulated and finally, ( even after several drying process failures ) , the light stopped over all. I contacted the manufacturer, as AM refused costumer support / exchange , as I passed the deadline, which was caused, by late deliver ( what nice coincidence ), even after sharing videos and pictures, I was accuses, of trying a scam . WELLLL, AM, can review my history,of over 460 Orders in 2024, which a very significant value, and , I do not believe, to have to cheat for 80 Bucks ! So, now, I will buy a different LED setting, to still enjoy, the great steel work
