I want to particularly thank and dove off my hat for Jovi. Jovi handled an imminent complicated issue with ease. The customer service he provided was superb and commendable. I ordered a black and red leather chair but an entirely different chair was delivered. I was extremely disappointed. I just didn’t know how to return this large package to a shipment location by myself. I requested for a return, anxious, angry and frustrated. Jovi sensed my frustration and intervened. He offered to send me my desired chair at a discount and to also keep or donate the wrongly delivered chair.
