Pain to install. Good brightness, like the color temp adjustment.
They look great once up, but a total PIA to unwrap and hang. The mains wires to the power supply are too short to connect and then maneuver the case to align with screws. The plastic power supply case popped off 3 times attempting to get the case mounted. There are no install hooks (similar to modern ceiling fan kits) to suspend the weight of the assembly while you wire it and secure the thumb screws. I fashioned two 4″hooks from a wire clothes hanger to suspend it from the nylon guy wire loops while wiring, and then released the hooks while two of use held the assy, to mount case with thumbscrews. AMAZING Chandelier!
I’ve been in the middle of a kitchen remodel since the pandemic started, so we’ve been managing with very little light in our kitchen for years. After seeing this on Amazon, we fell in love wiht the look and grabbed it immediately. After installing it, both of our eyes lit up at how amazing it was. This light is BRIGHT. Like at it’s brightest level our cats were blinking as if they were looking at the sun. We tend to use it on the lowest NIGHT LIGHT setting because it is SO bright, and that’s still enough light to see every nook and cranny in the kitchen. We found spots that we needed to clean more because this light was so bright. We got the model that has 3 tiers and has led lights that direct light both up and down. We have vaulted ceilings that are white, so the light gets reflected down into the room again which helps make it so bright. Setup was rediculously easy, the only tedious part was balancing the steel cables with the distance we wanted between each tier and making sure they were level. All in all, it took about 30 minutes to install. The light remembers the last lighting settings you used when you turn it off and on again, and comes with a remote to change the various settings: brightness, color temperature, etc… It has 3 color temperatures which amount to 3000k daylight, a sort of off-white and YELLOW. We keep it on the 3000k bright white as it makes the colors pop in our kitchen. I really could just keep singing the praises of this chandelier, it’s bright, easy to install, and has a lot of great features. 100% get one if you like the look and need a really bright light in your space!
