Great to give a gift, but light battery can’t be replaced
This is the perfect box if you want to gift a nice piece of jewelry to someone and elevate the presentation. It’s a nice storage option too, but the LED battery can’t be changed, so once the light dies, it’s fully dead. If you want a constant light you might want a different product; but if you just want a nice box to present jewelry in, this will do the trick. The wood looks nice though I’m not sure if it’s real wood or if it’s hollowed out; it feels pretty light and it had some superficial scratches on it as well. But again, for a gift giving box, that’s fine by me! The tab makes it easy to lift the backing up to place in a necklace too. Very simple and sleek design.

Great For for a Gift Under the Stars

Visibility was low, but the stars were beautiful and presenting this with the light inside was simply magical. We were able to see every little detail and it’s now a treasured keepsake. The battery doesn’t last forever of course, but for the price, this is sleek and romantic, has a nice weight to it, and trust me – you’ll want to do this in the right lighting. We’ve had it for seven months now and the light is still going strong – although sometimes it tries to stay lit when you close it. Again, that’s after more than half a year. Stunning.

Beautiful and well made
This box is… really beautiful and feels high quality. I got the one with just the rose design to go with a necklace for my wife, and it made the gift feel extra special. The mahogany finish is rich and elegant. Just a heads-up—the LED light turns on automatically when you open it, and it isn’t replaceable or switchable, so when it goes out, that’s it. Still, it’s a lovely presentation piece and made for a great gift.
