Cute statue with the bonus that it lights up
This statue is adorable both day and night. It’s not too large or heavy that it’s hard to move around but its sturdy enough that it does not get knocked over easily. The little details like the cat’s eyelashes and the butterfly make me smile when I see this by my front door. We have lots of neighborhood cats so it’s very fitting. I also think that as a cat and with its orange details it blends in well with my current fall / halloween decor. The only thing I find a little disappointing is how long the light lasts. We have it where it should be getting plenty of sun, but after a few hours the lights will be gone. Wish it would last half the night like some of my solar powered lights. It also seems to occasionally get switched off on it’s own, not sure how but if I see it not on at dusk sometimes I have to switch the toggle back to the on position. All in all though, this is a cute lawn fixture to add a little whimsy to your house.

Very thin resin and no replaceable solar battery
First off, totally cute. I love the style of this piece. The lights work straight out of the box. It’s definitely just a little light and won’t really show off the cat at night if that’s what you’re looking for.I’m disappointed in the thinness of the resin. I dropped it from about a foot off the ground when I went to place it in the garden and it shattered. For a outdoor garden decor I would expect a higher durability.Also, they don’t make the battery inside the solar unit replaceable. Once this battery runs out the solar will stop working. With the thin resin I wouldn’t be surprised if you crack it if you do try and pry the box out to attempt a battery change. That’s really disappointing to be a one and done item when I’d want this to work for many many years.

I wanted a garden light to celebrate the life of my beloved cat who passed last year. While there are many memorial options, I wanted something cheerful that would remind me of his happy, silly personality. This little statue was the perfect find. It makes me smile at the good memories whenever I look at it, and it adds a lot of cuteness to the garden area.Key Points:Good Size for Multi-Use: The status is about 10″ high. It’s easy to see when placed in flower beds, garden or grassy areas. Good lights and statue, with longevity concerns
Good so far. I got another one, almost identical, with the butterfly on the tail, as a gift, and it filled with rainwater, killing the light. The rain probably came in through the light holes that weren’t properly sealed, so there’s a concern that this one might have the same defect. Time will tell. The lights are bright, and reflect off the butterfly, so that glows a bit, also. The statue is attractive, even if the lights stop.I deducted one star because there is a hole in the bottom, and something loudly rattles inside. That doesn’t seem to have affected it’s light. There is no way to get it out, but the hole can be sealed with caulk.
