    Great product
Just replaced my old 20-year-old Rubber Maid two shelf cart with this one. These are very rugged carts with lots of workspace on top. I work as a boat mechanic and have found these carts too be so much better and affordable than Snap-On, Matco, or other tool manufactures. The added drawers are great for my tools, and the locking wheels are a nice upgrade that comes standard with the cart. Plus, since they are plastic, they do not damage or scratch paint or gelcoat if I roll it into a boat by accident. Add some indoor/outdoor carpet to the top and drawers for liners and you have a nice work cart.

Good but price to high, the good and bad
Can’t believe the price of this thing. I bought mine 5 years ago for over $100 less and that was hard to swallow. Can’t say I could recommend it for it’s current price. But it’s very unique and good in many ways. Love the strong plastic. It won’t rust, has smooth rounded shapes and pockets for nuts or tools on the top edge, peg board on sides for lots customization of hanging tools, and it rolls around nicely. But I’m a little disappointed in the strength and smoothness of the drawers. They aren’t as chintzy as some but not nearly as good as professional or commercial units. And the red drawers are already kind of pinkish and it hasn’t sat in the sun(hate that the most). Love the Rubbermaid company and many of their made in US products and their unique designs but lower that darn price!

This is well built, drawers are smooth open/close the wheels are good quality and moves easily. I would buy it again if needed

    Terrific Product / Terrible Packaging
This is a GREAT product, but the shipping is a disaster. I bought one last month and loved it: super easy setup, well made, perfect for any job. That said, I’ve tried to buy a second one since and have had to return three in a row. The packaging is not made to withstand a cross country trip at the hands of UPS or FedEx. The product has arrived damaged twice and once now missing all of the hardware. Package this product better or lose out on great sales.

Leave it to Rubbermaid to come up with something like this.
Arrived on time by Saia. Called me to set up delivery time and driver called me just before arrival at my request. Driver friendly and masked, let me check product before accepting and signing. It arrived damage free and ready to go, no assembly!Has all the properties of Craftsman or Snap-on tool boxes but the combination of plastic over a metal frame is much more lightweight so easy to move/take to where you need to work even when stuffed with tools. No more walking back and forth. Had room for ALL my tools since I’m an former mechanic. Another plus, no more rusty boxes with the plastic exoskeleton. The drawers and slides are metal and act just like the big boys named above(I put some grease on the tracks to make them slide just a little more easily), while the front is bolted on plastic. I strongly recommend getting liners and when you cut to fit them, maybe cut enough to also cover the front plastic part of the drawers for a little more protection even though they seem pretty durable (see photos)Overall, I’m happy I got this, and at the price $320 with shipping. I’ve seen them for at least $450 or more.

The Rubbermaid Trademaster Service Cart is ideal for computer technicians too!
As a computer programmer and hobbyist laptop repair technician, my home office is filled with tiny electronic parts and cables that seem to cover every available square inch of table top surface area. Cardboard boxes and plastic containers are fine for storing some items but you must walk all over your workshop to use these immovable forms of storage. Ordering the Rubbermaid Commercial FG451388BLA Trademaster Service Card with Four Drawers was an attempt to find more room for my various tools and equipment in my workshop but after it arrived I realized this product had so much more to offer than just tool storage! As soon as the large cardboard box for this Rubbermaid cart arrived, I knew it was not your average plastic storage box. First, the box was heavy for its broad size which let me know this was going to be a very strong product. Once removed from its box, I sat on the service cart table top and read the instructions. The cart barely seemed to budge with over 180lbs of weight on it! Assembling the cart required a power drill to get the various screws for the wheels firmly into position but after just 10 minutes of effort, the service cart was ready to use.By far, my favorite feature of this utility cart is the integrated power strip outlets that let you plug three 120VAC devices. I soon realized that this would be very handy for charging my hobby laptops and filled the table top of the cart with 3 laptops! After about an hour of going through my electronics boxes and containers all the drawers on this functionally designed cart were filled with laptop power adapters and repair items. DVD’s, CD’s, USB drive readers, thumb drives, hard drives, memory sticks, spare laptop batteries, Ethernet cables, security cameras and many other handy items to have on a single cart were all placed inside the easy open drawers. Next, I rolled the cart into my garage and began a repair job on truck. I used the laptops in my driveway too look up instructions while they were on the Rubbermaid cart. To say this is an ideal product for the handy man would be an understatement!Overall, I am very impressed with the Rubbermaid Trademaster Service Cart and encourage anyone who needs a true mobile workspace assistant to consider getting one!

    Cool cart
Love the cart easy to assemble but the back side is very fragile. The corners kept popping out.

    Perfect for the grill area
I was looking for something to hold all the grill and smoker items outside. The old unit I had was made of wood and just fell apart. I wanted something with just drawers of varying sizes and something easy to keep clean while holding up to the elements in an outdoor kitchen (covered however). This unit is PERFECT! Differing drawer sizes hold all my stuff including a couple pounds of wood (in plastic bags) for my smoker. Rolls easily. Came fully assembled too. While it appears to be made for storing tools, this is also a great product for your outdoor kitchen to hold utensils, tools, even thermometers. Looks great too.
