Needed reinforcement, otherwise well made
Needed to reinforce the bottom to hold weight better without sagging (thank you spare particle board), and I wish the dividers were either more rigid or more customizable. Otherwise a well made bag that allows me to carry all the gear I need and then some around the building I work in. I do also wish the exterior came in a waterproof material but alas.

Curled dividers from way they were packaged
It is a great caddy. It’s nice and large stable however from the way they package the dividers if dividers are curled into straighten them out I we’ll have to break them down. Making them not as functionable had they been packaged with more care .

The inner dividers attach by velcro. At first I wondered about this, until I began stuffing it full of cleaning products and realized how I appreciate the flexibility, the durability, and the storage capacity within, the inner lining for ease of cleaning, and the comfort when carrying. I especially like the color pink, a celebration of what is traditionally “women’s work,” a proud owning of it.
