Favorite Bidet To Date!
Renovated our bathrooms recently and was on the hunt for bidets (been using them for over 20 years and can’t live without them). Tried the previous Coway model from 10 years ago and loved it so much, so tried this one and LOVE IT SO MUCH WE BOUGHT 2! Love how there are 2 user settings (husband is 6’3 and 5’5 – very useful setting to have!) and great functions including heated seats, adjustable water pressure and positioning, deodorizer and more. It also fits comfortably and nicely and perfectly over our new toilets, and easy to use and install. Love how it lights it up and easy to use at night in the dark without turning on all the lights! Definitely a must have for a clean bum and hoo-ha~

Awesome Bidet! However, Deodorizer Filter is not in Instructions or Parts List!
Awesome bidet!! The reason for only 4 stars is due to the instruction manual. There is a small blue filter that comes with the bidet, but it is not listed in the parts list or the install instructions. The only mention of it is at the end of the manual it states the “deodorizer filter” needs to be changed once a year. WTH??? It took my son quite awhile to figure out where it was supposed to go, and then he found one already installed in the white plastic connector that sticks out on the left side of bidet (where the metal hose hooks up).Other than that this is an awesome bidet. I feel so much cleaner!!!

Doesn’t work and customer service is very frustrating
Other than opening and heating, nothing else works. The customer support is very slow (2-3 day response to emails) and, with each solution that doesn’t work, they ask for another video incorporating another function. First, it was a video showing the malfunction. Second, it was the same video but including the barcode on the base of the bidet in the video. Then it was to include the remote in the video. Now it’s all that plus showing that the seat sensor is properly engaged. When it still doesn’t work, I’m sure they’ll add something else to the list of video requirements (probably to stand on my head while doing all the rest or to juggle the remote and two chainsaws). I think they are trying to wait me out so I give up and go away.

High quality unit.
Took me about 25 minutes to install and I didn’t need any tools other than a pair of pliers to install the T connector to my water supply. You need to make sure you have enough room on the right hand side for the control arm and a GFC outlet nearby to plug the unit directly into- you cannot use a power strip. Also, the seat was a little larger than my toilet as if my toilet is a small size and the bidet is made to fit a larger toilet but it works fine anyway. The bidet seat hole overhangs the toilet bowl by an inch or so but this did NOT cause any issues of water leaking down the side of bowl as I imagined might be the case. The bidet feels like a top-line model and comes with all the bells and whistles you could want including heated seat, heated air dryer, controls to adjust the water power and also movement of the water spray nozzle with a neat “move” button that makes the nozzle move back and forth to clean a larger area. There is a lot of thought into sanitation built into this model such as electrolyzed water and self-cleaning functions to keep things sanitary which is a big plus for female use (I’m a male). You don’t think about that until you start using one and those bases are covered on this model. Comes with a real instruction manual which tells me this product is backed by a large manufacturer and seems to be an established brand with customer support here in the U.S. It ships with a large plastic brail diagram of the control arm so that says a lot about this company’s standards of customer support. It’s worth every penny. If Apple made a bidet toilet seat, I can imagine it would look a lot like this, except the control arm would be an app on your phone. lol. Very happy with this purchase.

Whoa! I love my Coway 200E!!
We finally decided to get a bidet half way in the Year of the Great TP Shortage and landed on this one for purchase. Our criteria was 1) affordable price 2) reliable manufacturer preferably made in Japan or South Korea 3) must include features we thought were important such as air drying, stainless steel nozzles, and self-cleaning nozzle. We passed some of the fancy features for the higher price-range product lines such as detached remote, self toilet bowl cleaning or automatic closure/open.The delivery was quick with Amazon Prime and the installation was a breeze. Manual booklet was very clear and all the necessary extra parts came with the product. I’ve never done a plumbing work myself, but what was described in the manual seemed so easy, I decided to install all by myself while hubby stepped out to pick up a to-go dinner. It took less than 15 minutes and I got to enjoy the first bidet run before he even came back.Look no further and this product is solid! If you never heard of the brand Conway, they are a solid manufacturer in South Korea that is known for air purifier and water purifier products. I was very impressed that my “clean bidet” button sends small electricity to water to clean the nozzles inside & outside with electrified water!
