In regards to Pfister Rosslyn Kitchen Faucet with Pull Down Sprayer and Soap Dispenser, Single Handle– We were concerned the faucet was too high for our low hanging sink. However, the installer convinced us it was OK. Boy was he right! It is the perfect height. We can now get big pots under the stream of water and the pull down sprayer chases any crumbs down the drain. The soap dispenser works great. Water spots are easily wiped away. The pull down usually retracts to its home position and if it doesn’t, a slight pull/push puts it right. After using it for a week, I love it. My partner loves it. Glad we kept it and would buy it again.

Clunky Weight
Very attractive faucet. The two types of spray and the swivel are great. However, the weight that attaches to the hose for the pull-down feature is large and clunky. It bounces off of the water pipes and cabinet wall during use. The nozzle drips unless you shake it off after use.

Great faucet & amazing customer service
I love this faucet! It actually the second one we put in. The first was half the price and fell apart quickly.This faucet has good water pressure on both the stream and spray settings. It a good looking faucet as well.The soap dispenser broke about a month or 2 have installing it. I went on the company website and reported it through email. I never received a response which worried me until I received an email saying a new dispenser had been shipped. No fuss, no questions just a replacement!!***So I’ve had this faucet for awhile now and It is just as great as the day I bought it!I post some reviews, but I have never come back to a review to add to it, but this faucet and the company’s customer service are so good I had too. Can’t recommend this faucet enough!

My husband purchased this faucet to replace the old one in our kitchen. I love this faucet. It is perfect and easy to install. My son came over and installed it for us and it took him no time at all. We are very pleased with the way it works, and the bottom plate covers all three holes from previous faucet. Very nice-looking faucet. My hubby made a very good choice. He highly recommends this faucet.
