Difficult to grip and use but pretty handy
I find these incredibly difficult to thread, grip, and use without the aid of a pair of pliers due to some arthritis in my hands. But their utility makes it worth carrying the pliers with them. These are great for holding bits and bobbles together. I also like to use them to seal small holes by sealing the hole over with nano tape and then affixing one of these over the taped hole to hold the tape securely in place. They rewaterproofed a car top carrier that I had had to drill additional holes into this way.
