Helping hands
The job would have not completed without this tool.Very sturdy and reliable.I used this to remove thick and complex stubborn bamboo roots out from front yard.Very helpful with lots of sweat.

Simply the best!
Excellent tool for flooring demo. I am a professional flooring contractor, and I am impressed with the quality of tool and its functionality. A time saver and a lower back saver. Highly recommend.

Unbelievable
As others have mentioned, this is a surprising tool that you should have if you’re going to remove hardwood floors if you use this tool on the tongue side to remove the hardwood floors, it is so easy it pulls and nails up along with the wood and if you took your time, you could even save a lot of the wood Well worth the money.

Bad ass tool
I’m sure it is going to last forever.

Excellent demo tool
The tool has a bit of weight and it very solid.I purchased this to remove existing wood panel floors from a concrete subfloor for installation of vinyl planks. It worked great and took way less effort than using a hammer and crowbar. Not sure if this is just a defective item I received because the middle section of the foam grip was already slightly torn when I received the product. I didn’t want to return it just for that and I needed to start demo so I didn’t want to hassle with a return. The foam cushion on the middle section of the product started to rip and tear more after a few uses. I tried to wrap it with duct tape but the tape is also being pulled by the foam and is tearing. The foam grip on the top part holds up very well. After 2 days of use there are a few scratches on the teeth/bottom part of the product and the orange paint has chipped off. However, the product is solid/heavy and can take a beating.

does the job
We used it to demolition three-quarter inch of flooring and did a good job. Has a nail puller on the back which works for nails and staples at least in the middle of the floor. Still takes a fair amount of force but the 5 foot or what ever handle does give significant leverage. Would be better if the times came to more of a point so would not have to take several strikes a lot of times to get underneath the flooring but overall would still give it a definite 5 out of 5. Pulled another floor with a pry bar crowbar screwdriver etc. and this was 10 times easier. Weighs about 15 or 20 pounds and using this for drywall demolition I think would get very heavy very fast.

Don’t waste your money
I purchased this to remove hardwood flooring in one room and tile floor in another. This was not effective with either. I purchased another brand of pry bar on Amazon that worked MUCH BETTER! The rubber grip is not attached to the bar so it slides when being used. I fixed this with adhesive. The end of the pry bar is a quarter of an inch blunt end that can’t possibly be worked between layers of flooring. I ground this to more of a point. Even so, this device worked poorly. It appears this item is not returnable?? A waste of money.

Sehr stabiler Griff. Für meinen Einsatz waren die Zinken leider zu dicht.

I was using a regular crowbar to take up old deck panels – but it was very hard work as they were well screwed down (with screws that didn’t want to be removed). So I got this and the difference is amazing – much less effort, much less changing position, much less backache and a LOT less swearing!Highly recommended!

Last year we tore up hardwood flooring that was put in by someone who was paid by the nail. This tool got under the hardwood and lifted the flooring with ease. This year the challenge was to remove a large room with porcelain tile with not only the expected cement and wire mesh but it also had a heating system embedded in the cement. The demo bar easily lifted the materials from the sub-floor and I appreciated the weight as this helped drive the prongs deep under the mesh.Great tool. I’d recommend it.

Supposed to make taking pallets apart easy, but it’s design means that it breaks more slats than it saves.

This is an excellent tool and a game changer for demolition. I used it to demo an older deck and it cut my time and effort down dramatically.
