Excellent value for the price
Value for the couch is 5 stars for sure. Build quality is very good for the price, and it’s reasonably comfortable. I think it’ll get more comfortable when it’s more broken in. Similar couches on Amazon had a lot of complaints about being too short, but this one is basically the same height as my old couch.The outlets, cup holders, and side holders are a very nice touch that have alleviated some annoyances I had with my old couch. The material itself is pretty soft and seems durable. And overall, I think it looks nice. Not beautiful but nice.The couch has some flaws but nothing were deal breakers. The pillows are trash. It’s nice that it comes with several and they’re useful in a pinch, but it’s worthwhile upgrading the pillows to something more comfortable. The back and seat cushions are not as fluffy as shown in the pictures. And I wish the ottoman had a way to lock on the couch. Right now it just slides all over my tile flooring.But the cons have cheap solutions. I already had nice couch pillows I bought for my previous couch. They happen to match really well with this one. The cushions are still comfortable even if they aren’t as fluffy. But if you want, there is a zipper so you can buy and add more fluff to the cushions. And I’m going to order a cheap ottoman latch off Amazon for $10.I paid bout $650 for this couch, and while it definitely isn’t a luxury couch, it does not feel cheap. It’s a good value and the significant amount of money I saved by not getting a $3000 couch, instead I’m putting $50-100 to make this couch more personalized and comfortable.

Great couch at great price!
So far so good! The ottomans make the whole couch that much more comfortable to lounge on and feels like a twin bed when all together! Isn’t as plush as picture but still good and fluffs up after about a day. The multiple layers gives great support.Only worry is how long it holds up, after a few days sitting on it, the couch looks more broken in than plush as when initially put together. Retucking the cushions and smoothing out helps.Instructions are easy to follow and tools/parts needed are organized and all there, it came packaged in 3 boxes very well and took about 2 hrs to put together. Seems very sturdy and good quality.Overall, happy with my purchase after spending weeks going through a lot of different couch reviews! Not many reviews on this yet so I took the risk and glad I did!

The sample is not reality
You must know, the way it looks in the sample pictures is NOT the way it looks in reality 😏. This couch is very comfortable if you are a person that likes to lay on a firm mattress for example. But I have a five-year-old son that likes to jump on couches😏. But I know now that😁, although he will climb all over this couch. He will not be doing much jumping because there is not enough cushion to jump on🤣 an have much to Any bounce. Then I am 5’7 an I can put my feet to either on the couch or the foot rest and still have plenty of room. This is a couch that will last for at least a couple years because of the firmness of it. But it’s the couch you get If you just want something to hang out on. It’s not necessarily the couch to get if you are trying to impress. The charging ports work great. But I will be personally adding cushion too, especially to the back pillows. For the price $700+200 in shipping it’s not bad.

This couch is really big and it looks great in our living room. Putting it together took about 2 hours and wasn’t terribly difficult. The biggest issue with this couch is that it’s SO uncomfortable. To the point where we don’t want to get rid of our old couches. It’s like sitting on a park bench! If it wasn’t so big and I didn’t just take 2 hours putting it together I’d send it back. Oh well, lesson learned!

Not hard to put together and SO comfy. Buying a couch online is always a gamble, but we feel like we won out. It’s our favorite couch we’ve owned to date. Our old couch hurt our backs and wasn’t very spacious. This couch is so soft and comfy, doesn’t hurt our bodies over long periods and it’s our dogs new favorite place in the house.

Mixed feelings
Love the couch as far as aesthetics plus it has the C charger and USB built in but the cushions kind of slide forward and I keep having to push it back and the cushions isn’t very comfy. I’m going to buy a new couch as I like to spend time in my living room.

Terrible couch, horrible seller, do not waste your time and money!
If I could give this couch and the seller zero stars I would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SELLER. I received a couch (not even close to the couch pictured) and it took three hours to assemble. It’s a very dark gray. Many shades darker. The material is velvety and looks nothing like the photos. The couch is very cheaply made. It feels like you are sitting on a bench. After a well the cushions haven’t filled in at all. They’re extremely flat and uncomfortable. The seller has refused a full refund. I’ve been dealing with this for over a week and I’m so frustrated. I have this giant, ugly, crappy couch that I spent $700 on and no one wants to sit on. Amazon hasn’t helped at all. I won’t be shopping for furniture on Amazon anymore and I’m extremely upset and disappointed. If you buy this couch, you’ll be disappointed. Look elsewhere!
