Wow, these are a lot bigger in real life than on the screen! What a pleasant surprise.I went ahead and screwed on all of the stakes, which go through a single loop before screwing into a top loop. Each stake screwed in smoothly and completely.I imagine eventually over the years, without maintenance, these will rust, so that’s an added bit of surety that they will remain upright in the soil, barring the spot welds don’t rust out completely. Yearly inspection and maintenance where needed would prevent this, I’m sure.The black paint has a slightly textured matte feel to it, & I see no spots that missed being coated.Thin metal body of each is moderately flexible, but not easily bent too much.I am wondering if the stakes are going to be long enough to hold up to the wind though. We get up to 90 mph winds, but thankfully our soil is very heavy in clay. I can imagine if you have a very humusy & loose soil, these aren’t going to hold up well at all, with those short stakes.Due to the wind, I will likely place them up against our retaining wall or under trees/bushes, against the trunk. In which case, the short stakes will be best so I don’t damage the tree roots.I just absolutely love the aesthetic design of these frogs. We are a frog & mushroom loving family and are developing gardens all around the property. I’m so excited to put them out ASAP.Great price point for such a fun and whimsical way to dress up your yard and gardens.

Puppies have returned home to our garden! 🥰
These are such sweet silhouette statues of little puppies! They are made of lightweight, yet sturdy steel. They were packaged well and arrived without damage. I feel the price is appropriate for the quality of the items I received.Each pup is depicted in a playful pose of sitting, standing, walking, and jumping. Each unit has two stakes that screw into the metal brackets on the backside. Carefully insert the stakes into the ground to match the bottom of each pups’ feet with the surface of the ground.You may want to give forethought to how you want to view each, and from what direction, before you start planting them. Our garden faces south and southwest with tall fencing behind the plants so the setting sun won’t be able to shine behind them like true silhouettes. Instead, we set them up to where the morning sun shines on them from morning through the evening, which makes me very happy to see when I look out the window upon them. As the weather gets cooler, I’ll be out among them but right now we’ve got triple digit heat, so I’m viewing them from inside the house. I can’t wait for it to cool down so I can plant more flowers around them!Each silhouette has a similar cutout design of flowers and dragonflies across its body that you can see through. The details of the pups’ faces and ears are also cut out. All of their tails are upright and happy with thoughtful expressions on their faces. The dog that is sitting has a butterfly on its nose and the one that is jumping is catching either a ball or flying disc. They are all beautiful.They evoke a pleasant and peaceful feeling when looking upon our garden and seeing them there. It reminds us of our many rescue dogs that used to enjoy frolicking in our garden over past several decades. They are long gone but their loving memories remain. These silhouettes are reminders of those wonderful, playful times and it brings us great joy to see joyful puppies in our garden again. 🥰 They are buried there, in the place where we all spent time together, with me planting and them sniffing, digging, and rolling around enjoying themselves. That was our special place and still is.Highly recommended!
