These are just like those vintage inexpensive mats grandma used on her kitchen table.I haven’t seen these in stores for many years.They work well as a protective mat on stone counter tops for food prep.Also work as cabinet liners, since they wipe clean easily and are waterproof.The rooster design is fun and artistic.

These are just what i was looking for! I ordered the butterfly design and they look exactly as pictured. I needed to replace my old worn out placemats with new ones and wanted the same easy to care for material as my old ones. Most placemats slide around on my table and with kids that just doesn’t work. These are not slide resistant but with plates on them, they mostly stay put. I use a wash cloth to clean them up after every meal but you can also run them under water to clean. They seem pretty durable so I expect them to hold up well.

They look great brand new, however, the design comes off very easy. It’s white underneath and now looks terrible. I would not purchase these again!

These are one of my best purchases! They wipe off like a DREAM! It doesn’t matter how many days old the spot is, I can toss it in the sink, rub it down, and set it aside to dry! I have had ONE incident where I put a really really hot cup of tea on placemat and it did leave a small spot on the table beneath it, but if you use common sense you won’t have any issues. I have put hot dinner plates on it with no problems, so for all regular purposes, it’s great!
