Amazing service. I bought this insurance for a fancy Chinese bidet toilet I bought on Amazon. After a bit over a year the water heater went out, as did an LED segment in the readout. After a call and a few photos, they told me to give them 3 business days for them to find a technician. True to their word, they called back 3 days later. They were not able to find a technician, so they refunded the purchase price. I’m still out the sales tax and the price of the plan, but it’s a 100% win for me. I will continue to cover my purchases with these plans.

My advice is to review the product warranty and if they consider that they need extra protection, invest a little more money and buy the Asurion, Since the process in case they need to fill out a claim, is quite fast and easy and in my case when I finish filling out the claim after a few minutes I received the refund, And so you can use the same money to make your new purchase. For me, the service was quite good.. Of course I would buy the insurance offered on Amazon again.. I hope my comment serves a lot of buyers and is just as easy and fast as me, in case they need to use it.

Well Worth the Cost for the coverage.
Was a bit cumbersome at first when I tried to create a claim online and told my issue was not covered but I persisted and contacted them via chat and eventual lead able to reach a settlement. I received a confirmation email with a UPS mailing label and was issued a full refund within 1 day once I dropped the returned item off at UPS. Should suggest that you check the manufacturer’s warranty before purchasing from Asurion. Some products like Craftsman offer a free 3 year warranty

Doesnt work, buyer beware!
After 5 months my product failed and when I go to asurion it says my order number is not found even though I received email from them when purchased. Now will have to waste hours trying to call their 800 number to figure it out instead of a simple online claim as it states.
