I had this in my cart for a long time before purchasing. After reading a few negative reviews I was skeptical. I finally ordered it and waited for the arrival which was fast. I opened it and fell in love. It’s beautiful not thin but not heavy either. I enjoy being cool at night but snug.

King size required for queen bed
I like the fabric and the pattern. Now, I ordered beige thinking it would be similar to the images. I was expecting pretty much any shade of off white thru ivory. I was not expecting a taupe color. Tired of exchanging I returning, I decided to keep it. It did arrive very wrinkled and a quick 10 minutes in the dryer resolved the problem. Now, onto sizing. I do not have a super thick queen mattress nor is my bed frame super tall. I ordered the king size as many reviews did suggest the king would fit the queen mattress well. I have a dust ruffle on my bed and this comforter hangs down leaving about 6 inches of ruffle showing. A queen size would have been too short on the sides for sure. The length is standard. The top of the comforter sits at the top edge of the mattress and just clears the bottom of the top mattress at the foot of the bed. I really do wish the bedding manufacturers would quit being so cheap and go on ahead and make all comforters and spreads a bit longer. Would another 6 to 8 inches really be that difficult? All in all a decent spread. It is fluffy and does offer some warmth. I’m not sure if it will be warm enough this winter without adding a blanket underneath.
