Its really nice. After installing it. It made and annoying klunking noise. I contacted Amazon by phone and they sent me a replacement. It arrived and I swapped the unit out and it is great no noise on this one. Nice unit but the heat settings are weird but it seems there is a remedy I can try. The heat output is good and it will heat my whole bedroom well I’m sure.

It cost a $100 bucks to install and the remote will not work period. The manual says to speak to the Customer Service or Techinical Supprt without a Ph Number. Amazon did give a number to call, but all I got was a busy signal 4 times. Greatfully it is going back. DON’T buy this crap! I now have to pay to remove it and buy something else.

We bought this to warm up a room 12×20 and it looks real good when it’s on but it takes a lot to warm a room and my hydro bill goes up when it’s on ” considerably ” so yes it looks great… really great but I’m putting in heated flooring to solve my cold issue.
