This scale is terrific! I’m not sure how much I trust the BMI measurements, etc, but they are so far consistent with the professional analyzer at my gym.The scale is quick and easy to use. The app, VeSync, will talk to both Google Fit, and Google Health Connect, which allows it to share data to many other apps, including the popular MyFitnessPal. You can set multiple profiles up on the app, so that you can track different people’s weight and BMI separately. If you do this, you will have to select who’s being weighed in the app each time, but this is to be expected.The scale quickly calibrates itself: just barely touch it with your foot, then wait about 3 seconds. Done! The display is large, bright, and easy to read. The scale comes with batteries pre-installed, so if you don’t care about the app, setting this thing up is literally a 5 second process. The app took about 2 minutes to set up.I can’t believe the price on this. I can’t believe the quality at that price point! If this had been $100, this would still be a 5-star review. Even for people who just want a regular bathroom scale (no app, BMI, etc.), this is a great choice at its current price.

Excellent tool for those who want to improve their health
This is the best!! It was very easy to set it up to work with the app. When you step on the scale with the app launched you get a complete reading on your weight including your bmi and age according to the reading. It tracks by specific time periods. It is great to help you get a complete look at your health and has helped me to kick start exercising which I have been avoiding. It helped me own up to where I need to work to help me get to goal weight. Totally worth it!

Surprisingly Motivating — Makes Tracking My Health Easy & Fun
I honestly didn’t expect to love a bathroom scale this much, but the Etekcity Smart Scale totally changed the game for me.I bought it mostly to track my weight during a fitness challenge, but it turns out it tracks so much more—BMI, muscle mass, fat percentage, even water weight. It connects super easily to the app via Bluetooth, and syncing takes just a few seconds. Now I get to see progress in real numbers, not just pounds.I love that the app breaks everything down into charts so I can see trends over time. It really helps me stay motivated, even when the scale doesn’t move much because I can see my fat going down and muscle increasing. It’s also nice that it automatically recognizes me and stores my data without me having to press anything.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I purchased two food scales that also provided a nutrient breakdown to guide me on my Carnivore diet. The first one required using an app on my phone and it gave incorrect carb, fat, protein amounts so I returned it. The second one had built in data but it didn’t work (sometimes there were no amounts showing at all ) so I returned that. Upon searching I found this bathroom scale and although it required a phone app, I ordered it. Best purchase of the year !! It not only is a body weight scale, once connected by bluetooth to the app it tells you everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, you need to know. From tracking water intake, BP, reminder to start intermittent fasting, l% of body fat, to meal planning and nutrient tracking and so much more, it is a phenomenal assistant to weight loss and health in general. The app is clean, fast, no bugs so far but I’ve only used it one day and I’m still exploring the benefits and entering food and water consumption etc. The price is unbelievably low for the quality and benefits and I recommend it to everyone.

La báscula me pareció muy bonita y elegante, los materiales con los que está construida se ven y sienten de muy buena calidad, después de 1 año y 5 meses de uso (digamos 2-3 veces al mes promedio) no se han cambiado las pilas, y siguen funcionando perfectamente, es muy sencilla en cuanto a su operación, al bajar la aplicación tienes que emparejarla con tu celular la primera vez, luego se conecta muy rápido y sin complicaciones.En cuanto a la aplicación, pues en general todo me parece bien sin embargo hay una cosa que a mi en lo particular no me agradó mucho, y es el color de los textos un verde muy ligero que es difícil de ver para una persona mayor o que utiliza anteojos, en la aplicación hay un apartado para cambiar los colores de la aplicación pero no para el texto, hace poco me llegó un mensaje para que utilizara otra aplicación que ya no tiene ese problema pues los textos ahora son gris oscuro, pero la letra ahora es muy pequeña y la nueva aplicación no tiene ningún ajuste.En fin, creo que la báscula sería mucho mejor si la aplicación fuera mejor diseñada, pero tampoco es tan grande el problema como para no recomendarla, por el precio que pagué es perfecta y muy útil.Espero te sirva de algo mi pequeña reseña, regálame un “me gusta” para que más personas la puedan ver, gracias 🙂

Does what it says and can play a sound according to my weight change which is encouraging/motivating reminder (you don’t have to have a noise though, if you don’t like this feature) Has a lot of stats on bmi, fat %age, etc even figures out how much to eat and a nutrition style/plan for you. (basic though, don’t think full meal plan) It’s a great scale, i love it.
