I am very satisfied with my purchase. It was well packaged in its box with its protective lining to protect it. It was very easy to assemble the intrusions are very detailed it only takes 30 min. The color of the sofa is a delicate beauty very elegant, with good comfort really my living room is beautiful, it is worth buying this beauty met my expectations the result is worth it. It was just what I was looking for is a three piece set one simple for one person the other for two and finally the three seater is wonderful. I also like that they have a good shipping service it was very fast, they call you they tell you what time they are going to make the delivery if you are not at home they call you back and they bring it to you super fast. I managed to give my home a change and an incredible shine. I have received compliments on how beautiful it is, my friends and family, I am very happy. I personally had no problems. I love it! I would recommend it! It is even more beautiful in person.

If your looking for something affordable get this
It took about 2 -3 weeks to come .Size, is decent not low at all but I do feel a bit tall sitting on them but it’s fine .Comfort,they are firm not to the point that it’s uncomfortable .Not soft at all but I’m pretty sure by sitting on them a lot they will get soft crossing fingers .Installation,my husband did it less than an hour on his own .Very easy.Listen I been debating on buying used couches for a while ,but I came across this and for the price honestly it’s worth it .instead of buying something used and abused .I will definitely recommend it for anyone trying the save a few $.

This sofa set is awesome, especially with the prices. I am also impressed w/ their services. Once I placed the ordered they reached out to me immediately. And follow up during & after delivery. The assemble was simple & easy. Compared to Bed & Beyond, this company got my orders wrong color (3) times. Customer services wait is 1.5 hrs, forced you to uses their text live agent. This services is terrible, they will hạnh up if the situation is too complicated like my order continuously wrong color. I highly recommend this sofa. It looks beautiful, and quality craftsmanship.

Extremely Disappointed — Poor Quality and No Support
I purchased this 3-piece set in late March 2025. Within just 3 months, the legs on the furniture are already breaking. This set cost over $700, and I expected far better durability and quality.I contacted Amazon for support and was told to reach out to the seller directly. The problem? There’s no way to contact the seller. I called Amazon again and was told they also do not have seller contact information — which is unacceptable.Now I’m stuck with expensive furniture that is falling apart and no one taking accountability.I’m leaving this review in hopes that Plithzy or someone from the seller’s team sees this and reaches out to resolve the issue. This was a major purchase, and I expected better quality and better post-purchase support.
