Better than expected!
Like many others, I wasn’t expecting much for the price of this couch. We just needed something to sit/sleep on for my mother’s place. I am very happy with this purchase!This couch was easy to put together and is comfortable. It is firm, but not hard like a rock. If you want more softness, a few throw pillows help. My 6’ tall son sleeps on it with no complaints.I was worried that it was going to be too low, but it’s fine for an average height person. If you need support to get up, this is not for you. The arms are basically cushions.I was also concerned about the material but it looks quite nice in person, and is easy to clean (already had to clean paint off of it with no trouble). I like that you can re-configure it, even though it only “locks” in the shown U shape. Who knows how long this will last, but for the price, it’s fabulous. It seems sturdy enough, but if you’ve got active kids, it might not hold up as long.Overall it’s a great buy for the price! We used the coupon so it was $400 before tax. We’ve already had an guest ask us for the link so they can buy it too.

Cheap uncomfortable waste of money and time
The boxes were huge and packed so tight that I hurt my hands opening them I have extremely bad carpal tunnel but even with my hand braces on, I hurt my hands and made them worse opening the boxes and putting the couch together just for it to not be worth it! The cushions do not puff out after 48 or even 72 hrs! The pillows slide and it’s cheap! My 5 yr old banged her head in the back of it and asks why it’s so uncomfortable and hard. I get that we get what we pay for but $400 plus $100 shipping it should n could be better then this! The seller offered me a $60 partial refund if I wanna keep it but that won’t even get me 4 pillows and I would need way more then that. I was looking forward to having a soft couch for my daughter ti relax and fall asleep on me and for me to recuperate after my surgery but now I have to wait till I can get hopefully all my money back and am couch shopping again! Easy tobput together even with some parts being bent but it was a nightmare to open the boxes and soo much to take away to recycling bin and it’s not worth the money time or aggravation and the seller does not offer pick up so after spending $100 shipping.. I am now responsible for pick up and return and am starting all over looking for a couch. I hope to god I get all of my money back and if not that would be stealing and I am entitled to more them this seller has offered me so far so I won’t just let it go. I am a single mother and need my money and a decent couch for my child that will last us. Do not waste your time. It looks great in the pictures but it’s a terrible waste unless your completely desperate and even then they sell futons for $100 or $200 that are better then this . Don’t be like me and read reviews after.. I hope you read them before purchasing!! Do your research please

Decent couch with minor quality issues
I ordered this couch because I just moved into my apartment and this one was relatively affordable. There are a few lose/missing stitches but they are underneath the cushions so they aren’t noticeable and shouldn’t cause an issue in the future. The instruction manual says you need 2 people to put it together but I am a strong independent woman who doesn’t need no man (code for I have no friends and decided midnight was the perfect time to put this together so I couldn’t ask my neighbors). Plus I did have my cat who was there for emotional support. The couch took me about an hour to set up and was super easy. There was some issues trying to Zip the cushions to the armrests but I think that was more of an ID10T problem than a quality issue. I also received 2 of the left hand side seat cushions so I am unable to Zip the armrest onto the right side but I did reach out to the company. Hopefully they can send me a new cushion. Overall it’s a decent couch that’s pretty comfortable. If you are a taller person, I do not recommend though. The seats are not very deep so I don’t imagine it would be comfortable. I am 5’4 on a good day and when I am sitting all the way back, my legs are at a perfect 90° angle.
