Why did you pick this product vs others?:This does work at all now. It did work one time. Cannot get it to turn on. I have 2 of them. 14” and 16”. Neither works. This should not be the case especially considering they were expensive! And, there is no customer support! I could only locate the name COPU but there is no way to contact them. Very unhappy!

3D printed & not super bright
Too expensive for being plastic and obviously 3D printed and dropshipped. Light responds to my TV remote as well so color is always changing without me wanting it to.Update: the seller reached out to me saying how the orb shouldn’t be placed by other “IR signals” lol. So they are obviously aware of the issue of the light responding to other remotes but this is not mentioned in the description or anywhere on the page before purchase. If the product shouldn’t be placed near other devices because it’ll impact the products functionality, that needs to be mentioned to potential customers before purchase.
