Moen Kurv Exceeds Form and Function
Pictures of the Kurv, even on Moen’s website, fail to convey just how beautifully crafted this faucet is. IMO it’s the best looking smart faucet of all Moen’s models. It has a very heavy and high quality feel.Installation was simple and straightforward. Moen could not make it any easier. I bypassed the battery pack and plugged it in directly to the outlet under my sink. I know the new generation models EW and EV won’t work if the power goes out without the battery pack but my power rarely goes out so it was an easy choice to not mess with the battery pack.Once installed, setting up the smart function to wifi through the Moen SmartWaterNetwork app was straightforward and recognized the faucet without delay.Having had an original MotionSense faucet for 10 years that worked flawlessly, I thought I knew what to expect from a MotionSense faucet. This latest EV generation exceeded my expectations in all respects. The sensor is now only on the forward facing curve of the faucet. It tells you via LED what temperature the water is without having to touch the water. Waving over the sensor works flawlessly. The beautifully crafted handle is smooth and controlled. Using either the handle or the sensor, the water turns on and off softly, not abruptly. The many smart functions one can set up are not only amazing, they actually work!If your looking for a high style, high quality, super smart faucet, the Moen Kurv is the award winner.

    Kitchen faucet
I don’t really like the design of the handle but it works fine after getting use to it

    Beautiful and functional
Love this faucet so far, beautiful and works as described with my existing RO system. Love having filtered water while keeping the lean look of only one faucet!

We thought we would like it but ….
We ordered the “Wave” version of this faucet and after six months of using it, we’re going to scrap it and get a different faucet. We thought that the ability to turn it on and off without having to touch it would be cool, but quickly discovered that nine times out of ten, we would turn it on by accident. The way that it works is that if you wave your hand on the left side of it, it will turn on to full force and when you wave your hand again, it will turn off. Unfortunately our soap dispenser is to the left of it, so every time we push down on the dispenser it goes on, or if we’re wiping down the counter around the back of the sink, it also goes on.Our daughter has a touch faucet and what is nice about that is that you can set both the temperature and flow amount and then touch it on and off. With this faucet, it will turn on to the temperature you’ve set it to, but it always comes on full force. The other thing that this faucet does is that a few times a month, the water will simply come on, and if you don’t go turn it off, it will run for a two or three minutes and then turn itself off. Oddly enough, waving your hand doesn’t turn it off when it does this. You have to pull the handle outwards and then push it in again. We had the bright idea of simply taking the batteries out of it and using it as a regular faucet, but if you take the batteries out, it won’t turn on at all.Lastly, after about 4 months, the handle developed a flop-spot. If the handle is pointing straight up, it will stay there, but if you pull it forward a little to around 11:00, it just flops down to 10:00. It is possible that we just got a dud, but we dislike it enough that instead of trying to get it fixed, we just going to get a different faucet.

    I LOVE this faucet!
If I could give this faucet more stars I would. My kitchen went through a complete redo this summer. I knew I didn’t want a cheap faucet, but when I saw the price of ones with the better quality internal parts, it was definitely sticker shock! For several months, I hesitated, always coming back to this one. I was lucky enough that it got reduced during Amazon Summer day and I bought it. Now that I’ve lived with it several months, I am VERY VERY glad I got this one. My plumber even remarked about its quality when he installed it. Also, it’s just a dream to use! The handle lets me turn on and off with the side of my hand when my hand is dirty. The boost actually really boosts! And it looks great as well. Looking back on it from this vantage point, I would buy it again even if I had to pay full price; it is that nice!!! It was the quality metal used INSIDE that enticed me to buy this, but in use, it’s also how it functions and feels in my hand that makes me such a huge fan! I never thought a faucet could make me so happy but this one does. It’s one of my favorite things about my new kitchen – and, it has a LOT of competition!

    Handle lever faulty
This faucet worked for 2 months and now the handle lever is broken. It no loner lines up and sometimes difficult to even turn off water. Will need to replace. This is not a recommended item, however, Moen’s customer service is sending replacement parts and a video on how to fix. Fingers crossed we get it right!

    Better Than the Best.
We have determined that Moen is our go-to faucet company, But we didn’t think the quality could get any better. With this faucet Moen has outdone themselves. Every component is of sturdy metal. It’s solid in its function, and it still is sleek and attractive. We got the stainless steel, without the sensor function. It was installed by our meticulous contractor who, before he knew our faucet choice, said he would only install Moen. He had no issues with the install. Everyone is happy!

High quality faucet, easy install, small QC problem though
Very happy with this faucet. Though, while installing, I noticed that the handle was disengaged from the faucet body. Started a return, then referred to a parts diagram and noted the location of the hex nut behind the handle. Difficult to access the nut because of the loose handle. After loosening the nut, it was a simple fix to assemble the cartridge / handle correctly. This should have been caught by QC before the faucet was packed.Otherwise, nice product.

Overall I really like the sleekness of the faucet. Works as it should. The motion sensor would be better if placed on the neck of the faucet. The left hand side near the bottom is hard to tap when your hands are messy. When waving the sensor you get the mess on the counter whereas if the sensor was on the neck the mess would drop in the sink.

The faucet functions seamlessly and the turbo figure is great for cleaning pots and pans.

Faucet arrived defective (appeared to be used) – pictured piece would pop off when turning water on with handle in ‘down’ position due to defective/broken part.Mohen replaced broken part and functioning nicely now – beautiful faucet.
