Big, Fluffy, and Totally Worth It
I rarely write Amazon reviews, but I want to say: if you’re on the fence about this couch, buy it! It’s big, fluffy, and feels like sitting on a cloud. Don’t worry about sturdiness—you can lean on the sides and back without issue.I set it up by myself (boxes are heavy, but manageable). The cushions come wrinkled, but they relax over time or you can steam them. The color is a unique bone/cream shade that goes with anything.It comfortably seats 3–4 people, the pieces stay in place, and the back pillow covers are removable for washing. Mine was missing one of the two throw pillows, but I’ll contact the seller.For the price, this couch is absolutely worth it. I’m sitting on it now while writing this—and I’m thrilled.Pros: Big, comfy, sturdy, great price, easy setup soloCons: Wrinkles at first, odd-but-neutral color, I only got 1 pillow instead of 2

Great product, Comical Delivery
The sectional itself is cute and comfortable- the fabric is great quality, seems sturdy, and the set up couldn’t be easier. I was worried it would be sliding all over the place but thankfully, it doesn’t budge. However, that doesn’t mean it is hard to rearrange. Sectional holds up well to the home gymnastics of a toddler.I can see how the height could be a problem if you’re extremely tall or have physical limitations, but if you don’t the couch is a great height and matched what the description said.EDITED TO ADD: This couch got rust from a hammer all over it and spaghetti sauce and both stains came right out. I’m very impressed and this alone would make me purchase again.The delivery/shipment is comical. The projected window Amazon gave was September 5-10. I didn’t realize that meant we’d get a box or two each day over that period of time, LOL. I read previous reviews and was prepared for it to not all be delivered at the same time, but for whatever reason, in my head, that meant two shipments. I believe when all was said and done it was 4 different deliveries. After the first two deliveries I messaged the seller who got back to me the next day and provided me with the remaining tracking numbers.Edited to Add: When all was said and done the delivery started for this couch on 9/4 and all 7 pieces were finally received 9/10. It ended up being about 5 different deliveries. That was really annoying and makes me want to remove a star but the couch itself really is 5 stars.

Ummmm…GET IT
I have been stalking this couch on every form of social media for about 2 months and when it magically appeared in brown I HAD to take the chance. It is SO worth it. At first it was super flimsy and I thought I had made a mistake. But after patiently waiting about 8 hours, it was fully formed and much more firm. It obviously came SO wrinkled because it’s in a box so make sure you invest in a good steamer. I posted two pics — one with it freshly out of the box and one with it in a full square. First of all, it’s so much more plush than I imagined. I think it looks gorgeous, it’s so insanely cozy, and it holds us both comfortably with extra room to spare. Im shocked it was $800. I’m not sure the long term hold up, but for now, I give it 5 stars! Highly recommend!

Great couch with simple fix
This couch is honestly a great find, especially for the price. When I read the reviews, I had really high hopes—but it wasn’t exactly what I expected.First off, these are boneless couches. They come in about five boxes and essentially inflate into shape. The look is nice, but the structure is very soft and low to the ground. Sitting on it kind of felt like being in a foam ball pit—cozy, but hard to get out of, especially for older folks. The entire couch is just layers of foam, and while it’s comfy at first, the cushions lost their shape after one use. After a week, I found myself constantly adjusting and fluffing them.BUT—here’s the game changer: I spent around $30 on reupholstery foam and it completely transformed the couch. I only added foam to half of it (honestly, out of laziness), but the difference was night and day. It went from being too soft and saggy to supportive and just right.If you’re willing to make a small extra investment, this couch is 100% worth it. You truly won’t find anything that looks this good at this price point. It’s also the perfect size for our space—compact but still roomy enough.I’ll upload some pictures showing the difference between the side with added foam and the original cushions, just to show how easy the fix was. Overall, a solid purchase if you know what you’re getting into! (The ones to the left are the ones with foam and the one to the right has no foam yet)

Best investment
I’m obsessed with this couch!! I wanted a brown version of the cloud couch because I didn’t want a white one, and this is everything I could’ve hoped for. It’s gorgeous AND comfortable. Easiest assembly in the world and the pieces are the perfect weight so they don’t slide but also easy to move around if you want to change the configuration. The wrinkles went away for the most part after 2 weeks. The only thing is I have to fluff it quite frequently, but not an issue at all for the value!!

Exceeded expectations!
This couch seriously exceeded my expectations. We are on a tight budget and have been searching for months for something comfortable, attractive, and affordable. This couch checked all our boxes!- Shipped way faster than anticipated (arrived about 5 days after placing order)- Easy set up (I brought the boxes in and got it opened and arranged on my own within ten minutes)- No odor- Soft without being too soft (you definitely sink into this couch a bit, but that’s exactly the feeling we wanted!)- Color is perfectIf you’re used to a $1500 couch, this may not be the purchase for you. But for us, this is perfect!
