Perfect!
This looks great and provides that perfect pop of color our kitchen needed. It is also the perfect size for what we needed. Very happy!

Useful Holder
I have two of these in two colors. I am pleased with both. They are plastic, but they appear to be good quality, very bright and colorful and no blemishes. They are a smaller holder, but that is what I wanted as I was matching utensils with holder. They do NOT tip easily contrary to what some have said. I had my son try to tip them with a various number of utensils, and he was not able to do so without intentionally knocking them over. I do think they are slightly overpriced, but if I get exactly what I want I’m willing to pay a bit extra. If plastic works in your kitchen, and you’re not looking for a large heavy crock holder this should work great.

Lasts and is solid
I’ve had it over a yearIt holds up really well it looks nice. It doesn’t tip over. It doesn’t take up too much room and it holds really long utensils.

Utensil holder review
I purchased two of the Calypso Utensil Holders because I only had one before(not a Calypso holder) and it just wasn’t big enough to hold all my utensils. I do like the Calypso holders but I wish they were a little wider(or bigger). The height is perfect. I still have a couple utensils that don’t fit so I just keep them in a drawer. Overall, I do like the Calypso holders and they do give my kitchen more color.

Nice and sturdy
Nice and sturdy, I got it in orange and the color is a very nice bright true orange. It could be a little lightweight and tip over if filled with only one or two utensils, but with a few it’s already perfect.

Happy with this.
The turquoise canister matches the photo and was what I expected. People are giving this negative reviews, saying it is “cheap plastic”. The plastic is not overly thin and would work for utensils. I ordered this for my baby’s nursery and it serves its purpose to store products. PLASTIC is in the title and there are photos clearly showing the product is plastic. I’m not sure what kind of special industrial plastic people were expecting, but the product matches the color and description.

Nice, but two caveats…
This is a good product with two real caveats: First, the handles are a bit short – in particular, it’s almost impossible to use the spaghetti fork without steaming your hand. (The melamine pasta fork we’re replacing is nearly 3 inches longer.) Second, each utensil has an obnoxious paper label stuck to it by the manufacturer with an adhesive that is nearly impossible to remove. Soap, oil, boiling water, nothing will remove the adhesive residue. The labels on the utensils are bad enough, but there’s another *huge* sticky label on the holder, and after it took literally hours to remove the small labels from the utensils, my wife just decided it’s easier not to use the new holder at all than to attempt to remove that monster label, so we threw it out. The grinding/sanding of the mold lines is kind of substandard, too, leaving obvious grind marks on the edges of the tools. Kind of a shame, but this is “Made in China”. (I really wish Amazon offered a “China Free” product search option.)

Looks great in my kitchen

My wife has changed her colour scheme in the kitchen. She wanted something to hold a number of utensils. This worked out to be the perfect thing for the job.
