Cute but very small
It is cute but it is very small. That’s my mistake for not checking measurements. I have a butterfly garden decor and compared to all my other butterflies it is very small but it does light up beautifully at night. Check the measurements before buying.

Mine stopped working within weeks of ordering. The button compartment is very flimsy, difficult to determine if “on” or “off”. Likely the connection became disengaged. I would seek a similar product with better quality.

Finding a decent quality outdoor handmade craft decoration for less than $40 can be a difficult proposition. Close inspection of the JJALIGHTS brand metal butterfly outdoor wall art revealed several clues that human hands painstakingly mastered the detail of installing 9 delicate little flowers on each butterfly wing.Each of the flowers, in turn, had been perfectly garnished with a fairy light carefully installed exactly in the middle of the flower, detailing that brought the overall theme nicely together aesthetically. Yes, there are additional fairy lights visible that are not part of this flower centre piece design, however such is the nature of working with a string of fairy lights where each light is equally spaced several inches apart with no allowance for deviation.We put the butterfly out to fully charge on a full sun day in late May and the compact solar pickup/battery storage module had no problem storing enough energy to keep the lights running all night. The next step was to attach them to the umbrella pole at the Tiki bar patio here at the tree farm home base. The attached pictures should illustrate how nicely this item fit into the overall summer fun vibe.Although the Tiki bar is homemade, virtually every other item in the pictures is available on the Amazon storefront. This includes the umbrella, bar sign, neon rope lighting, barstools, marker lights, low-voltage up lighting in trees, hanging solar sunflower hanging lanterns, umbrella up lighting solar pucks, artificial palm trees, solar floodlight palm tree up lighting, and the sturdy 6 inch caster wheels on the bar.The overall design and execution of this product should provide an opportunity for suitable placement in numerous outdoor, landscape, and related locations, both at home, and especially in a cottage or recreational property setting.The verdict:The JJALIGHTS brand metal butterfly outdoor wall art is a well detailed and executed product suitable for a variety of outdoor and landscape locations at home or cottage properties. Pretty for anywhere outdoors.This can be used on patios or balconies or anywhere you get solar light. It’s quite bright and noticeable at nighttime and in the day also pretty with its design and colours. It would make a cute gift for anyone who likes outdoor decor.

Ordered in advance for my mums birthday so it wasn’t opened for a few weeks, very disappointed to find it doesn’t work properly and I’d missed the return window.

I really enjoy having lots of attractive lights in my backyard to enjoy during the summer and warmer fall months, before we have to pack everything up for yet another long cold Canadian(even worse, Albertan lol) winter. I also really happen to enjoy butterflies. I absolutely fell in love when I saw this Solar Butterfly fence decoration and knew I had to have it.Like most solar products, this was ready to go right out of the box. Its a sturdy black metal cutout of a butterfly with pretty pink flowers and a series of little fairy lights attached to the butterfly itself. The body is sturdy and solid, and I feel that it will hold up well for years to come. The little metal flowers are firmly set onto the body of the butterfly with no worries that they will come loose. The little solar panel blends well with the design of the light and is not obvious or intrusive. There is a handy little hook built into the back of the light to aid in hanging on any vertical surface.While I can’t think of any drawbacks to this product, I do have to admit that I wish it were available in colors other than black, and perhaps with some choices of sizes and different shapes of butterflies. It would be great to have a set of assorted solar butterflies from this manufacturer to start a collection. I’d snap them up in a short minute.Very pleased to be able to add this to my backyard decor to enjoy for the next few months.
