Lovely litte St. Joeseph statuette and well-written prayer invocation card to request help in selling a house. The statue was smaller than I expected, but not due to mis-advertising – they provide good pics of someone holding it for reference — but it ended up being the perfect size for the intended use. Also it arrived very quickly.

I was selling not one but TWO condos with my Mom this past Spring. I had lived in the condos and paid the mortgages as “rent”/had a tenant in one for 6 months while she was the owner.After almost 2 weeks of the condos being on the market in a hot sellers market without closing deals yet, as human’s do I started to worry, then the YouTube channel for Saint Joseph statues popped up on the algorithm as I was searching for affirmative prayers. It was exactly what I needed so I ordered one right then and there.As soon as I ordered him I felt a sense of relief. I knew that he would help me take my human hands off and align us with the perfect buyers for the highest good of all.When he arrived I planted him in the plant near my window. I felt better with Saint Joseph being there and seeing through the sale of both condos, although I was still facing a lot of resistance to surrendering and trusting that me and my Mom were being divinely aligned with the perfect buyers for both properties.There was A LOT that went on, between deals falling through, my realtor’s lock box getting stolen, and more, I was exhausted, but I knew these were all lessons for me to fully SURRENDER and TRUST that God and Saint Joseph were co-creating with me and I could take my humans off. I had tried to force things enough. It was time to flow with Christ Consciousness.I kept praying to Saint Joseph two times per day as well as praying to God on my own about both condos and buyers.We sold the first condo in June with simple conditions then the second one a week ago now on an unconditional contract. I know that this Saint Joseph statue and his presence in both of my condos is was sold them for me and my Mom.I am so grateful to have been divinely guided towards Saint Joseph during this time. God led me to him as just this past year I reconnected with God after losing myself and not following his word since I was about 18 years old (I am 31 now). He never lost faith in me and he’s just so happy I am back to being myself. Thank you God and Saint Joseph!!!!
