    Useful gadget
I had this thing for weeks while I was waiting for a basin wrench. The basin wrench came it was useless as it wouldn’t lock on the nut. so I thought I’d give this a try. I had no water in my kitchen and my husband is traveling. It came with no instructions. I shoved the gray end up under the sink and it fit perfectly onto the water supply line. It took less than 60 seconds to get the lines off. The same to get the lines attached for the new faucet. It’s a plastic thingamajig that comes with no instructions that is now my favorite tool. It comes with several different size attachments that go on the other end of the thingamajig. Simple but useful.

    A must-have for plumbing jobs
I got this tool while in the middle of a substantial plumbing project, having realized rapidly that the tools I already had on hand simply weren’t up to the job. Once I added this to my arsenal, things went a lot more smoothly (I’m never going to use the word “easy” with regard to plumbing, but at least it was a lot easier than it could have been). The various attachments included make this quite versatile for any number of plumbing applications, and I’m happy to have it in my collection even now that the initial project for which I bought it has been completed. The one potential downside I’ll mention is that because the handle is plastic rather than metal, it has a tendency to flex a bit more than I would like while trying to remove nuts that have been “glued” in place by decades of hard water deposits (or whatever else might hold them so firmly in place). It managed to remove all of them without breaking, but I was a bit nervous on one or two of them, so just bear that in mind when buying or using the tool. That said, despite my slight concerns, it did hold up and ended up saving me countless hours of frustrating work, so I’m quite happy to recommend it.

    Works in tight spots.
Ordered this tool cause one bathroom handle would not fully tighten down and handle would keep slipping. Tried everything and couldn’t tighten from underneath cause space is tight. Found this tool on Amazon and within 10 minutes with the help of my son we were able to set the tool on the wing nut and with one holding the tool while the other tightened from the top side we were able to fully tighten down the handle. Great tool.

    stem not strong enough
stem just bends when trying to get a tough sink nut.

handy but not strong enough for my faucet
My need is to fasten a nut to hold my faucet in place, with very little space between the sink and the back of the the cabinet, not enough space for a conventional basin wrench for a 1-5/16 nut. This tool fits the bill. My issue with it is that I can’t really get the nut tight enough as the wrench twists under pressure. Given all the sizes it handles it may work for your job but I am only having a mediocre result. I will continue to look for something like this with a stronger (metal?) design.

    Easy to use
This tool is a must for toilet installation. Sometimes your working in tight spaces. A wrench 🔧 just won’t work that well. This tool makes your job easier and faster and for a better install.

A good tool to have in the box
I was shocked that this NEWANOVI 14-in-1 multi-functional wrench actually work. I have a kitchen sink where the washer is located in a blind and tight place. One turn with this tool and I was able to remove the fixture. I tried everything else, even a 21 dollar Superior Tool Basin Buddy that did not work for my application because of the longer stem on the fixture. This NEWANOVI 14-in-1 multi-functional wrench prevented me from having to undo any drain pipes which was a time saver.

This tool has helped me change my kitchen faucet, bathroom sink faucet, and instal a drain. Not sure what I would have done without it. I am a newbie at this kind of stuff and this was tool was easy to figure out. Very happy with it.

Does the job, but not really the easiest depending on sink design.

seems to be well made and has all the plastic wrenches needed to install most plumbing needs for sink, bathtub and toilet. Seems to be similar to the Rigid plumbing tool that was 5 times more expensive. I haven’t tried it yet but if its durable it will be a very good buy.

The zinc alloy component will not fit over a toilet valve stem and so cannot be used to install or remove the valve fastener under the toilet. I bought this product because there is a video demonstrating exactly that function. Returning for refund.Update: I ended up keeping this and filing down the zinc component so it would fit. Ended up working but not without quite a bit of effort.
