I honestly did not know what I was getting into buying such a bulky sofa set online. But it came nicely packaged and was easy to assemble. My wife loved the picture but loved the actual product even more. Happy wife, happy life!

Beautiful, comfortable set!!
I cannot recommend this set enough. I went to well over a dozen different furniture stores in my area; tufted sets were difficult to find and the ones I tried felt cheap and uncomfortable. It’s mind blowing to think I found such an amazing living room set on Amazon! The pieces are beautiful and so comfortable. They are a gorgeous navy color, velvety soft feel with firm (but comfortable!) cushions. There is Velcro on the back of the cushions so that they stay in place, which means the cushions are not reversible. The tufts are beautiful and create diamond shaped ruching. Seller was exceptional to work with and went above and beyond! The sofa somehow was lost during transit and after a speedy investigation, a new sofa was sent out. Assembly time doesn’t take very long, and I was able to construct the love seat and chair all by myself. If you’re thinking about buying this set, DO IT!

Ultimately a good buy!
Bought both the couch and the matching chair. At least on my screen, the color is true. It said burgundy, and I did hope that it would be a little darker and not so pink. No worries though – I was able to find products on Amazon to deglaze the factory coating and dye it darker and warmer. Photos show a before and after dye. The only problem we’re having trouble with is sliding the back to the sides, so we don’t have it completely together yet,

they are nice looking furniture and easy to to put together, but the cushions on the three seater didn’t match in colors, and right now i am back and forth with Amazon and seller to get this resolved. it is hard to return a big package after you open it and put it together.

Could have been a 5 star but….
I got the couch and the single chair in blue. The couches look great i have no complaints about how they look. the only issue I had with the couch not the chair is the first time i sat down on it the springs in it made a squeaking sound. The single chair doesnt do it and I sit in that most of the time. My children can also sit on the couch and it makes the squeaking sound. I lift the coushions up and place my hand on the springs and they make a squeaking sound. I really wish this was not the case or this could have been give 5 stars. I understand sometime there are defects which is the only reason it’s getting a 1. Couldn’t find a way to contact the seller either. I’d even pay for another spring board because it’s annoying. I’ve taken it apart and put it back together to make sure it’s the springs.
