My husband and I gave this to my dad for Christmas. Now he’s driving my mom a little crazy because he wants to fix EVERYTHING! It’s a great book, with a lot of helpful photos. I highly recommend it, especially if you have a long “honey-do” list.

Needed this type if book long ago. Very detailed and clear instructions. One thing. Tiny little print!!!!!!! I got 20/20 vision but I have to read this with a microscope!!!!Other than that good book. Wish they had mote info on water well pump system and water pressure tank system. Would be very handy for us folk living in the sticks on a well and septic.

The content of this book is difficult to judge in it’s entirety. The plumbing and electrical sections are not relevant in the UK and added to other sections about 40% of the book is unusable. There does seem to be sound advice in the other sections, but I would agree with other users that the print is small.
