I got the Klein flip-bit first and it got the job doneBut my co-worker had this on his impact when I went to use it and the magnet is WAY strongerSo much so that I went and bought theseIf you’re using flip bits often as an HVAC tech, just get the Malco’sThe others are a waste of money

Excellent addition for home appliance repair
These things with 1) a 1/4 hex handle and 2) a low voltage (10-12VDC) hex driver make all sorts of home appliance repair a lot easier. Not just easy to use, but the design makes wiping away the crud pretty mindless. Other nut setter designs clog up and the internal magnet keeps the metal crud in there – not so with this design.Doing my own repairs is a lot easier with these, and doing my own repairs saves thousand of dollars too. Easy to justify.

I received the bit on January 28th 2024. Was working great until the magnet broke off/fell off. Very disappointed. Two weeks. Not very durable. Maybe the one I got was defective??
