DON’T HESITATE TO BUY THIS!!!
I looked around for weeks and read many many reviews, even shopped other websites before I settled on this couch. I am a 72-year-old woman and a long way from being petite so I wanted something that was very firm. It arrived much quicker than the shipping date they stated, and in two large boxes. I assembled this couch by myself as I am mechanically inclined but the instructions are not written out, they’re just done in pictures and can be confusing. The couch I received was a right facing chaise and I had wanted the left side facing chaise, and instructions were included how to reverse it, as you actually have to remove braces & brackets and change them around. (The Allen wrench is included, but you’ll need a Phillips head screwdriver too.) I finally figured it out and it went together perfect. The foam seats are shipped vacuum packed and I cannot say a bad thing at all about this couch.. except for this one thing, and this only a personal preference. The legs that are enclosed with it are too short. They are about 2″ high, and when assembled the cushion top barely came to my knees. So before I had the whole thing assembled I ordered 6 in solid wood screw in legs and they brought the couch to the perfect height. I am 5 ft 7 in tall, but the original legs included would be okay for a person who is much shorter. The color is exactly as represented it’s beautiful, the fabric is soft and the cushions once they are fully puffed up, are super firm. I like the wide arms rather than some of the ones I saw that were just hardly an inch or two across. It is expertly constructed and looks like it will last a very long time. I highly recommend this couch and as you can see from the picture, my little girl gives it a seal of approval.

Perfect Sofa for Small Spaces & Great Customer Service
I absolutely love my new sofa! It looks stunning in my living room and fits perfectly in my compact space. The storage compartment is genius – I’ve been able to tidy away all the blankets, pillows, and my kids’ toys that used to clutter our space.I was worried about assembly, but the instructions and installation video made it so easy. I managed to put it together myself in about 30 mins! What really impressed me was the seller’s incredible customer service. I had a small question during assembly, and their support team was incredibly patient and helpful in guiding me through it. I do love their 24/7 support team!

Great value
Nice couch, nice fabric, good storage, the bottom cushions don’t move so big plus on that but the upper cushions get mushed easily, maybe a little bit small for my taste but that’s on me for the measurements, my dog loves it too.

Very low to the ground
It’s very short to the ground and the back does not come up high, it feels like furniture for children. When you sit on the sofa you don’t feel supported because the height of the back and distance from floor is very short and low. We are soo disappointed in this purchase and no way we can send this back. The boxes were too big and heavy to pack back up. Please don’t make the same mistake we did.
