I LOVE THIS THING!!!
I bought this when I first got my septum pierced, because I knew I would have to unscrew those balls eventually. Well, whattaya know, that day has come. And this little tool came in handy! It gripped the ball much tighter than I thought it was going to, and it just unscrewed right away. You can also screw it back on with this too. It’s a lifesaver! There’s no way I would’ve gotten it off without this.

So I recently got a septum (nose) piercing, but I have long nails. That was my first mistake. Well, one of my jewlery’s ball kept falling off because either the piercer or a family member that had to help me, didn’t screw it on tight enough. So I bought this product. I got it the next day, but I have one issue with it. I can’t screw the ball on to my jewlery. It can pick it up, but that’s about it. The prongs are in the way when it closes, making it difficult for the ‘stim’ part of the jewlery to slide through. Now to remind you, I’ve got a new piercing and it’s still healing so i didn’t want to mess with it too much. I spent over 30 minutes trying to screw it on with my fingers. I ended up having to bite my long (acrylic) nails off in order to screw it on enough to use this product. After that, it was able to tighten it more than I could with my fingers. So if you expect that it will instantly screw on without the usage of fingers, you’re wrong.

Perfect size for fine work
This is a great product and wonderful to use with small parts or parts that are too hot to handle because of their size and temperature. Not much to find fault in. The spring is strong and the four little claws are accurately bent with each other. Works great. Price is fair.

Awesome help in fatfinger snafus
This device makes work easier in holding or starting Nuts or screws in inverted or tight spaces. I use this at work as I can’t afford the time in trying to find that dang nut, washer or screw when it falls or falls into equipment. I keep one on me at all times at work. The bad… it comes apart easily and does not like the wash machine. I forgot to take it out of my shirt pocket and well… wash machine ate it. Wife screemed at its remains. So buy a couple of thease great add on to the nerd pouch.

This product is OK, the prongs are very thin and often just goes straight through the pickle whether it’s a baby gherkin or a piece of pickled garlic, I think the spring is a little too tight and I don’t really plan on using these.

Only wish is that it was a little longer. But works as described. Quite sturdy for minor stuff. The prongs might be subject to bending as they are just thin metals. But so far so good. Used only twice.

Works great for holding larger gems that have perfect facets on the bottom. It struggles to hold smaller gems are gems that are not perfectly cut.

Nice tool but only really good for larger balls/items. Bought for a specific smaller size jewelry and didn’t work
