These caps seal better than most and work across both styles of caulk tubes—whether you’ve got a smooth-top nozzle like GE Silicone or a grooved, ring-lock style like DAP or GE Seal & Fill.A lot of caps only work with the ring-lock design, but these push in firmly and seal tight on either type. They keep the tip clean, prevent dry-out, and save you from tossing half-used tubes. One of the better caulk savers on the market. The yellow rubbery part conforms to the caulk tube extremely well,keeps the air out to prevent drying out. So easy to use. Used it on three separate caulk tubes over a month, holding up well.

Caulk Caps That Work.
This product was exactly what I needed to seal up a few tubes of caulk that were still usable. The caps fit snugly and went on without any trouble. I have only had the caps on for a week but the caulk is still “wet” and usable.

Does what it says. No need and no searching for a nail with a huge head on it. They also work great when baking or using icing tips.

2nd time ordering –
Item is simply designed but very effective in keeping caulking from hardening or drying out in the tube. Cap is very easy to clean of old caulking to make resealing or reusing very effective.

Have used it once and and removed it from the silicone tube after 3 weeks and the silicone came easy. Whether this time frame was long enough for a true test, I don’t know, time will tell.
